In 2009,a large Lego house was being built at Denbies Vineyard in Dorking.
The story book, 'David's bin Day', had been sent to book bloggers to read and review.
The Lego seems to be taking me on a new journey.
While supply teaching in a local school I had the opportunity to tell David’s story.
Children always love taking on role play, and the home corner offers a place to stretch the imagination playing at being grown up and learning about life. Dressing up in character is so much fun.
Making learning real and relevant was always my aim, when teaching.
