In March, as schools closed, I did wonder what next?
All the events, schools visits and opportunities to share my books disappeared.
But somehow, I always feel the bus comes along and nudges me forward, especially when i am feeling low or despondent, and this year was no different.
I'd set up some raffle giveaways asking questions along the way; these questions gave me something to write on my blogs. (Check out my 'Giveaway' blogs)
I was then asked to take part in an EYFS Bus Day. I had to think about what activities to do and I chose 'Daisy Daydream the Nursery Rhyme Bus', for the day.
I was then asked to do another day and this time I decided to do a special edition of 'A Spooky Tale', adapted for my family. This story had also won a silver medal this summer in the Wishing shelf Book Awards.
My little friend Harriet is definately ready to sort out the crocodile!
So with a day set for the 28th October I was looking forward to it . Then i learnt that I was to be the featured author for the week. what a surprise.

It has certainly been an interesting year.
